These terms apply to your use of passnumeracy.com.au, operated by No Drama Studios (Australia). By using the site you agree to them.
We publish original practice material and study guidance for Australian numeracy and literacy entry tests. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ACER, Victoria Police, Fire Rescue Victoria, Queensland Police, any university, or any other test administrator. LANTITE is an ACER-administered assessment. Every question on this site is written by us. We do not reproduce, resell or leak any real test content, and we would not want to.
Our material is designed to reflect the published skill frameworks these tests are built on, in particular the Australian Core Skills Framework. It is preparation, not prediction. We do not guarantee a result, and we do not publish pass-mark estimates because the administrators do not publish cut scores.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. One account is for one person. Sharing an account or a paid pass with others, or using automated tools to extract our question bank, may result in the account being closed without refund.
Passes are sold for a fixed term stated at checkout and give access to the product you bought (for example, LANTITE numeracy) for that period. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never handle your card details.
If the product does not work as described, or you bought the wrong product, email support@passnumeracy.com.au and we will refund you. We would rather refund a disappointed customer than argue. This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we cannot and do not exclude.
The free tier is supported by advertising, which is what allows it to stay free. Paid pass holders are not shown ads. We do not allow advertising to interrupt a question, a timed paper, or the moment you are working out an answer.
The questions, worked solutions, guides and software on this site are our copyright. You may use them for your own study, and a teacher or provider may use them with their own students through our Classroom feature. You may not republish, resell, or bulk-copy them.
We work hard to keep the site up but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
