For Training Providers: ACSF Literacy and Numeracy Practice | passNumeracy

For training providers

Literacy and numeracy practice your learners use between sessions

ACSF Level 2 to 4 numeracy and literacy: a starting diagnostic, short skill drills, practice papers and an AI tutor that explains every step, with translation for learners of English. Your trainers see each learner's progress.

What learners get

A starting diagnostic

Short and marked instantly, showing where each learner sits by skill and ACSF level.

Skill drills and practice papers

One skill at a time, then longer practice in real-world contexts: notices, rosters, bills, measurements, workplace documents.

Sage, an AI tutor

Explains each step in plain English and gives hints before answers, so learners keep thinking.

Help in their own language

On the literacy practice, a learner can see any sentence in their own language under the English, tap a word for its meaning, or hear the text read aloud.

What your trainers get

A class code for each group. Learners join with the code and a first name: no learner emails or accounts. The trainer console shows each learner's activity and accuracy, and the class by skill and ACSF level, as evidence of the support given.

The class also shows accuracy by skill and ACSF level. Growth from each learner's diagnostic is being built with our first providers.

Where it stands today

  • Live now: ACSF Level 2 to 4 numeracy and literacy practice, diagnostics, the Skill Gym, Sage, and literacy translation, dictionary and read-aloud.
  • Live now: class codes and the trainer console for literacy.
  • Being built with our first providers: numeracy classes, ACSF Level 1, choosing a class's subject and ACSF band, and each learner's record kept across devices.

How a pilot works

  1. A 15-minute call about your learners and what you need to show.
  2. One class for one term, set up for you.
  3. We agree in writing what the pilot needs to show.
  4. A pilot fee sized for a coordinator's budget, credited to a licence if you continue.

Privacy

  • Learners join with a class code and a first name; no learner email is needed.
  • The AI tutor is sent the question being worked on, not the learner's name.
  • Progress is visible only to your trainers and to us, to run the service. We never sell data.
  • Full detail in our privacy policy.
